5lbs Red Potatoes
6 Hard Boiled Eggs
1 – 16oz can Peas & Carrots
1 large Onion
1+ cup Bermuda’s Best Mayonnaise
Salt & Pepper to taste


Boil and cool potatoes. Peel and dice in 1” pieces.

Dice boiled eggs to ½” adding to the potato.

Drain the peas & carrots and then add to the salad.

Chop onions to ½” and add to mix.

Add 1 cup Bermuda’s Best Mayonnaise and GENTLY mix all together.

At this point sample the mix, adding extra mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to taste.
